Starting today, PRX is extending our support hours for emergencies that affect broadcast. These support hours supplement our existing Monday through Friday support.
Some of the benefits of our Extended Support hours include:
- Broadcast emergency support mornings and evenings.
- Broadcast emergency support on weekends.

What is an emergency, you ask?
Emergencies are problems that will affect your broadcast. An example is discovering on Saturday morning that the audio is missing or incorrect for a program scheduled for broadcast that weekend.
When you email or call the emergency lines, a PRX support staffer will be contacted. Please respect the use of these lines of communication and reserve them for broadcast emergencies only.
