Thanks for your patience in waiting for a reply. We are experiencing a pretty high volume of emails and calls as you might imagine.

I would suggest that if you aren’t doing so already that you use Firefox (www.firefox.com) as your browser. That should fix a lot of the clicking and dragging problems you’re having.

When you say that your pieces aren’t showing up, I’m guessing that you searched for them and they didn’t appear. Our search function is in the process of being fixed and will be fixed by this weekend. But that doesn’t mean that your pieces aren’t on PRX. They are on your profile under Recent Pieces on the right.

Thanks for pointing that out to us. On your profile when you click on “My comments (168)” under Actions you should see a full list, but the list is incomplete. I’ve notified our tech team and they will take care of it soon.

Regarding the photos, we have this on our list of stuff to work on. If you have the time and would like to make the photos for some of your stuff look better right now, you could upload square photos (or crop them into squares) or make pictures about 240 pixels wide.

We’re also releasing a fix for the search engine sometime this week. For now if you are searching for “Love and Radio” for example, take out the “and” and it’ll work.

Your contacts are currently just a way for you to keep track of people you’d like to stay in touch with. We may add more features sometime, but for now, you can view your contacts at http://www.prx.org/contacts once you’re logged in.

Thanks for your answer to my question about reviews, now called “comments.” Next question: how can I access my previous comments? Your previous format gave me access to the more than 160 comments I wrote for PRX as a reader. This work is no longer accessible. It appears to have disappeared into a black PRX hole.

Regarding your questions, you can find recently posted, licensed and viewed pieces on the pieces page here: http://www.prx.org/pieces. Currently we just have the combined recent activity on the home page but we may adjust that in the future as 3.0 continues to develop.

We are definitely working on the search and have a fix for that coming in the next few days. For now, if you take the small words out of things, and for example just search for “Love Radio” instead of “Love and Radio,” you’ll get results.
